1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IGOIL, a secure internal governance, operations, and intelligence platform operated by Sept & Stone, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using IGOIL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Access and Accounts

IGOIL is an invite-only platform. Access is granted at the sole discretion of Sept & Stone, LLC. You may only access the platform through an authorized invitation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your credentials, allow others to access your account, or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users or organizations.

3. Permitted Use

IGOIL is designed to help organizations manage their governance, administrative records, and institutional processes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Use the platform to store or transmit content that infringes any third-party rights

4. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the documents, records, and data you upload to IGOIL ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the platform's services to you and your authorized users.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of Your Content. IGOIL is a tool to assist with governance processes; it does not provide legal advice and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

5. Confidentiality

We understand that the information stored on IGOIL may be highly sensitive, including governing documents, corporate records, and strategic materials. We treat all data stored on the platform as confidential and will not access, use, or disclose Your Content except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sept & Stone, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

IGOIL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to IGOIL at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export Your Content. After that period, we may delete Your Content from our systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of IGOIL after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
